Score requests
We collect the work email and approved brand you submit so we can record the request, reveal the current published measurement, and follow up about LERMA services. Submitting a score request does not create an account and is not marketing consent.
Use and sharing
Contact data is restricted to authorized LERMA administrators. We do not add it automatically to a marketing list. Service providers process data only to operate the application under their applicable agreements.
Retention and requests
The default lead-retention period is 12 months. Access, correction, export, or deletion requests may be submitted to privacy@lermaagency.com.
Security
Requests use encrypted transport. Email addresses are excluded from URLs, public responses, analytics events, queue messages, and application logs.
